I use PayPal all the time, faultless system and App..

I use PayPal all the time, it is the only way I like to pay for things on-line. I have never been scammed using PayPal and the very rare times I have purchased items and they have not arrived as agreed or arrived damaged or not fit for purpose, PayPal have fought my corner for me and got me my money back. I use the Pay in 3 option when the items are more expensive. Notifications are good for upcoming payments and statements are produced regularly. Completed agreements remain in your account for you to see the status of historic purchases. Faultless service and on-line account easy to use. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025

A really quick application process.

I have had 2 Zopa loans, one paid off and the other current. The application process is really quick and the notification of successful application is very fast too. The whole process feels non intrusive and the money was in my account very in next to no time. The interest rate is extremely competitive. Communication is excellent, and the online portal is easy to understand and comprehensive. Overall a faultless process. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Easy to apply, Great communication, Money in bank quickly.

I needed my loan to pay for home improvements. I am self employed and as such do not conform to all financial organisations application processes. With Zopa their application process is simple allowing you to download documents that support your application. Interest rates are very reasonable and the whole process from application to money in your bank is very efficient. Reviewed on: 6th June 2017
