Hassle free always someone available to talk to, which was very reassuring.

My border terrier had to have an emergency operation which was a real shock to our family, I had only insured Henry 2 months earlier after a friend recommended bought by many. The operator I spoke to in advance of the claim was absolutely brilliant, the cost of the operation was quite a sum which without bought by many would have been a real struggle to pay, the service and communication was outstanding, we will be forever grateful that Henry made a full recovery and the claim was paid in full without continuous questions like many of my friends have experienced with other pet insurers.
