I use PayPal for almost all my transactions.

I use PayPal for almost all my transactions. I love how secure it makes my money feel. I got caught out a few weeks ago and a payment was stuck in holding, I was on the phone to customer services for less than 5 minutes and they refunded me the money straight away. I also always use PayPal pay in 3 to spread my payments out. I love how it’s more flexible and interest free. It’s a really good alternative for people who want to ration their money out. I don’t necessarily need to but it makes me feel better. I have missed a few payments but that’s my fault due to not having enough money in my current account (I get worried incase I loose my bank card at any time). When this has happened I have been able to pay the amount myself manually. You can also make payments any time during the 3 month period. It doesn’t necessarily need to be the 3 designated times which is good as sometimes if I have a bit of money spare I will just put it towards that to bring the total down. On both occasions when contacting Collingwood Insurance via phone call, one to take out insurance policy and one also to cancel policy after passing my driving test, I got straight through to the customer service staff with no delays which was amazing. Both staff members I spoke to on both different occasions were so helpful, kind and patient with me when helping to answer any questions I had, and all information was gone through thoroughly to ensure I was 100% happy with my service before leaving the call. The service I received left me feeling very content with the choice I made to go with their insurance company, which helped a lot when knowing I would be spending my hard earned money with them specifically.
