Unfair and unjust treatment

My dog has serious allergies which you should be covering, but your company has decided to tell me that it is a pre-existing condition, you asked me to get my veg to explain to you that it wasn’t, which they did and you told me that what they say doesn’t matter and you still believe it to be a pre existing thing. So I am now trying to battle further with you to get my money back. I am also now trapped with you as my insurer because if I leave and join someone new it will be a pre existing thing and I won’t get coverage. I feel like I have been conned and it is now taking me over 3 months to sort out what I am legally entitled too. Next step will be court so see you there Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
