Excellent service

In January 2020 my then 5 month old dachshund puppy Herman was bitten on the head by a collie. He received a fractured skull, broken jaw, and broken eye and nose bones. We were away from home so went to the nearest emergency vet then moved to our local 24 hr vet then onto a specialist vet. Agria Pet insurance company were excellent. Sympathetic and kind while professional and helpful. They reimbursed the costs less excess from the first two Veterinary practices, the third specialist practise they liaised directly with and paid them direct. It was such a relief to deal with such a great understanding company at such a distressing time for us. Herman has made a full recovery and is still a very sociable little fellow with other canines and humans despite his terrible experience. Thank you Agria! Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
