Great but app could do with some changes

So far my experience has been positive and I’m impressed with the helpful customer service team whenever I’ve called. The app for the black box is frustrating tho as it records phone usage, which is annoying when your passenger uses your phone for whatever reason and it’s marked against you. Personally don’t feel like phone usage should be on there as I never would drive and use it but it makes my life easier asking my husband to send a text for me while I drive or talk on speaker phone, which we can no longer do.
