Tremendous service and great value

Sadly I have had one bike stolen and another smashed in a crash in the last year. Both times Laka had me back on the road on a replacement bike - to exactly the same spec - with a minimum of fuss and super prompt and speedy communication and service. There is literally no comparison between this company run and staffed by cyclists and having your bike covered by a general insurer. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
