Compassion at a time of loss.

My beautiful 2yr old ragdoll got out of our garden and was sadly involved in a fatal road accident. The claim handler was kind, compassionate and very understanding. They paid out quickly and without quibble, no appeals, arguments or conveyor belt treatment like I’ve experienced from another insurance company in the past!
