Good premiums but slow customer service

The premiums, particularly for young or learner drivers, are very reasonable and I haven't found a quote which doesn't change after passing your test which is great as many premiums go up after passing. However, trying to alter account details or update the status of your car is impossible online and requires a phone call. I have often been on hold or not even getting through. If there is an immediate issue, this is very inconvenient. There is also not enough email support or response from marmalade when you do email. Overall, I have had a fairly good experience without much trouble, but it is not a hands on experience. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
