Caring and Compassionate

Unfortunately my 6mths old Kitten died after being Ill with FIP. Agria were amazing sorted out the Vet bills quickly and with no issues. They even sent a condolence card. When I rang them the call handler was very understanding and caring. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022

Great

I have had cat insurance with Agria for over a year now. Each time I have had to ring I have receive a good friendly service. Unfortunately my cat became ill and died. To claim it was easy and quickly resolved. The operator was very caring and sympathetic about my cat when I rang and I received a condolence card which was a nice personal touch.
