Simple, straightforward and efficient

We changed cover for our six year old golden retriever to Bought by Many earlier this year having been unhappy with previous insurers over their exorbitant hikes in premium every year. The enquiry / purchase stage was very straightforward. Unfortunately we have just had our first claim ever for this dog. The claims process was very simple, efficient and settlement has been speedy. Obviously we are hoping not to have any further claims but feel confident that if we do it’s not going to be a hassle. We won’t know for a while what the impact will be at renewal.
