Not happy about the hike in charge. I wondered if SAGA was profiteeering ?

Had a good rep.from the company.(Shaun) and spoke about my thoughts. I liked the man, and he explained the system. We(wife and I) are a simple couple who do not like problems. It would appear that SAGA(from ,my point of view) are more interested in profit than their customers. We are a long standing customer and know what the relationship used to be.
