First ever problem has been resolved

I have always had a fantastic experience with BBM. Had a claim rejected recently, but on appeal it was honoured. Customer service were very patient and although it took a while it was sorted. I'm relieved to be able to continue to recommend them. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
