Sensible pricing for people with underlying medical conditions

When I enquired why the cost of travel insurance was so competitive I was sensibly informed that people with pre-existing heart conditions manage their health rigorously and take suitable precautions, thus being a safer risk than many allegedly "healthy" or "fit" travellers. Wise words which makes this company stand out as almost all other companies penalise travellers who have had cardiac incidents and make travel insurance prohibitively expensive.
