Not had to use yet cause of the covid outbreak, was planning to go away so picked the best for money option which was you, given to me though money saving expert.com. A little more cause of the health conditions to be put down: for it not to be voided incase needed. planning to go this june time for a week when called to cancel they gave me two options. * back it to a better time *refund chosen to it for a better time just hoping the holiday deals remain the same eventually get a refund if do not use but happy to wait. :-) Customer service was polite and a friend when contacted, i do hope the person that took it is still with the company.
