Always there for you

Have been with World First for a few years now. Always treated friendly and professionally. This year in particular I had just renewed my Worldwide travel insurance when the Covid pandemic outbreak occurred. I telephoned to find out how I stood regarding cancellation and the person I spoke to reassured me I could cancel there and then with full refund which was promptly returned to my bank account.
