Claimed off uk insurance through my Nationwide A/C at beginning of April, no end of August, Have been asked questions like , The method you used to return to U.K from Australia after your flights were cancelled? Please confirm what your booking with Singapore airlines was for?. I could go on. Waited up to 90 minutes to speak to a representative, All I get is your claim is under review.
