Nationwide - good value, poor processes

Nationwide are good overall. Their attention to detail can be poor, particularly in their process, procedures and systems. I have two accounts which Nationwide have either not opened properly or not closed properly, and Nationwide have said that they have no intention of fixing the underlying system problems.
