Worst bank ever

No fault of my own when I kept going overdrawn but I have to give credit to the person I spoke to who was very professional and returned all my charges going back from September 2016 to March 2017 and then the nightmare really begun. Nationwide returned 50.00 back to my account and then took it straight back out again . Then £100 in, another error so 50 out and didn't have the audacity to notify me. This kept happening to the point I switched to another account with Nationwide thinking fresh start, but no, more money in then out again. This as happened three time in the last three months, the latest 9 June 2017. My account is such a mess can't bare to read my statements. Poor service and staff who would probably struggle working a shop til. I will be closing my account ASAP and then the nightmare will be over. Reviewed on: 10th June 2017
