Super fast and super friendly service

Zopa has taken lending to a new level of customer service as well as ease of use and the application process itself. The application process is easy to follow and gives customised options for review before even applying and before the credit file is affected. The staff have also been more than helpful and responsive to queries, plus customers can keep up to date on the progress of application, both by logging into account and by receiving emails. It's clear that the whole process is run by real people and not by an impersonal automated system with unrealistic criteria. There's also no hidden or unexpected charges, and the loan can be repaid early with ease at any time. So far one of the best companies I've come across, not just in the lending trade!
