Ended up doing it myself

I contacted my insurance as my family holiday of a lifetime was dismantled with the Covid outbreak. I was told I had to directly make contact with each of the holiday providers myself. I ended up contacting 3 x flight companies and 2 x hotel accommodations who gave me no satisfaction. My enquiries were logged and then it would appear ignored. I had to eventually contact my bank to resolve the issues. I got no service from my insurer. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this years experience Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
