Review of the Holidaysafe, Travel insurance:

Great company great integrity and efficient and prompt service. Well done

I took out travel insurance on 10 January with Holidaysafe to cover a trip to Egypt leaving 20 March 2020. On 20 January I had a bicycle accident and severely fractured my hip. At the end February my consultant orthopedic surgeon advised me strongly against taking the trip (nothing to do with Covid 19) and having paid the full cost of the holiday at the end of December Holidaysafe promptly refunded me with the outstanding amount paid to my travel operator with few questions despite their being under extreme pressure from Covid related claims at the time. That is what I call a good travel insurance company and worth all the stars I awarded . Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
