Customer Centric Performance

At the beginning of lockdown I was in the process of purchasing a car, in fact I was able to collect it on the first day of lockdown before the businesses had to close. Although I couldn’t reach Admiral on the phone due to their offices closing I managed to raise them through social media & they sorted out the changes to my policy, presumably from home with a laptop. Great service in what was an incredibly tumultuous time for everybody. Reviewed on: 30th August 2020
