Purrrfectly Pawsome

I have 5 5 cats insured with Agria (2 whom i have had to claim for) Firstly the staff on the phone are some of the most empathetic understanding workers i have dealt with. Even during Covid they have been wonderful & precise. If I didnt understand something, they have been happy to talk me through it, with knowledge & patience. Claims always dealt with swiftly. And I love the fact that once a year we also get a voucher (per cat) towards vaccination or annual health check. Phenomenal insurance company that truly cares for the pets & owners.
