Customer service that goes the extra mile - 4 years in we are always impressed with the customer service. They go the extra mile to be approachable and informative, explaining things simply. Knowledgeable, supportive and friendly

As first time buyers we were more than impressed at the service provided by Hanley Economic Building Society. We spoke with Jane, one of the mortgage advisors - she was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and talked us through lots of different options, making sure we understood them all fully. She was open and honest about what would work best for us. She was very friendly and made the whole process very relaxing. I would highly recommend Hanley Economic for first time buyers if you want a smooth process. Reviewed on: 8th September 2020
