Wish every bank was of Monzo standard!

Monzo has been one of the best banking apps I have used. The account set up to day to day banking is very user friendly and intuitive. Having setup my kids accounts it is has been a breeze managing their spending. Kudos to Monzo for a very responsive customer service team who go far and above to resolve issues when it arises. They are clear with their timelines which helps in managing expectations. Overall I’ll recommend Monzo to anyone without hesitation Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
