Great service; even better value for money

Depending on the type of driving people do By Miles is an excellent option - their customer service is first rate - responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. And the best thing for me…? My annual insurance premium works out around 50% cheaper than the best of the competition. Absolute no brainer…..! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

The best policy for low mileage drivers

As a driver who drives relatively few miles per annum other than a few long trips to visit family in Ireland and an annual skiing trip to the Dolomites this policy is absolutely perfect and costs me roughly half that of the nearest competitor. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Fantastic value for money, a great App, and some hidden surprises!

For someone who does relatively low mileage throughout the year but a few long trips (e.g. to Italy Skiing and visiting family in Ireland) this is a superb product for me (given the daily mileage caps). What's more, the ability to track your car from the App could also help in the event that car is stolen. Lastly, I recently had an engine warning light come on in may car - the App diagnosed the fault accurately and saved me the £85 + VAT that Mercedes charges its customers to hook your car up to their fault diagnostic tool!
