£250 interest-free overdraft is a gamechanger

I think the £250 interest-free overdraft they have given me is a huge help. I haven't been offered this anywhere else and it just gives breathing room to know I always have that to fall back on without being charged. Switched for nothing

I switched to Barclays purely to get the switch bonus - they took so long to authorise/process the whole thing that I never got the bonus reward. It also meant that I had no access to the account for well over a week which had some of money in it. This is the one and only time I have used a switch service and had any issues. Direct debits weren't transferred properly and had to be reset-up. The whole thing was a waste of time. I switched back as soon as I could Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Lowest insurance price I've ever had, simple

Going with By Miles nearly halved the other quotes I was getting for insurance. It's ridiculously better value, and it's about time some new companies broke up the dominance of the established ones.
