Rapid resolution - no complaint necessary.

An issue with payment for a treatment was rapidly resolved by Aviva and enabled things to move forward and be resolved within a week. A member of staff took ownership of the case and worked with other departments and external bodies to resolve matters without the need for a complaint. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

Good price for annual worldwide cover

Very pleased with the cover I had when travelling to the USA in February 2020. Clear terms and competitive pricing. Glad also to have the cover for UK trips upcoming - had to cancel a holiday because of lockdown and transfer to next year. No problem doing this. Will definitely consider another annual policy with Goodtogo. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
