Fixed my Broken puppy

After a horror incident where my 11 month old ball of fluff, collided with two vehicles Purely Pets were fantastic. After rushing my dog to the vets and him having reconstructive leg surgery by specialist surgeons, it took very little effort for purely pets to cover the bill and rehabilitation costs. The stress and sadness caused by the incident was eased without the need to worry about financing. The team were fantastic and explained that the level of cover I had in place wasn't adequate to cover my dog at the time of the inverse t to pay the full amount for his treatment, although if I upgraded my policy to the weight band he now fell into then they would settle the bill without hesitation. This level of service was above and beyond what I'd expect from an insurance company and added the human understand to proceedings. The vets bill was paid within a week of making the claim with supporting paperwork and the experience was as hassle free as possible. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
