Excellent customer service when it's needed

By Miles is just the car insurance for us Londoners who keep our cars parked most of time and use public transport when we can but require the car for occasions such getting to those out of the way places in countryside or being able to load up when needed. It is great as it encourages me to cut back on using my car in London. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

A fairer insurance

Who'd have thought....a car insurance that only charges when you actually driive it so if you're aware of the environment and you don't use your car a lot it works out much cheaper and fairer. The app is excellent... lets you know how much your journey cost as soon as you're home .... I'm always surprised at the low cost.....perfect for all the drivers who are caring for the planet by using their car less.... Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Fantastic idea....live in London so hardly ever use my car...only paying insurance for the miles I drive makes so much sense..I've recommended it to all my friends

Since Lockdown car has been unused....I walk most places but like to keep car just in case.....only paying for miles I use which are so few makes perfect sense. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
