Second mile

I had a RTA on a motorway a few years ago and the staff at Saga Insurance went beyond the second mile to help, support and advise me. I was traumatised by the accident (not my fault!) and the Saga staff were wonderful. They arranged to get me and my wife home, they recovered the vehicle, sorted out a courtesy car, they phoned every few days to see how we were and the loss adjuster expedited the valuation and settlement. I will not insure my car with anyone else. Saga car insurance are the best. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
