Pretty good, but wouldn't buy again

I didnt want a percentage policy, only a fixed excess (admittedly my fault for not reading it thoroughly). Its a good level of cover and the one claim I have submitted was settled, but took such a very long time that my vet practice won't claim direct with Agria any more as they were out of pocket for months. I have Pet plan insurance for my other two cats and I wish I had just went with them again for my boy, but I had heard such good things about Agria so took a chance. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
