Honest Opinion on "By Miles"

I would recommend 'By Miles' to anyone. I bought the policy recently. Friendly customer service I spoke to them about confirming my understand of how the insurance works. You pay a fixed amount for the whole policy year which mine was approx £420 and you pay a fixed rate per mile which was approx 10- 11 pence for me. Once you paid the fixed amount. You don't have to pay anything else expect the number of miles you do in the month. For example for me I roughly do 50 miles a week. So monthly I have to pay [ 50 (miles) x 0.11 (Fixed rate per mile) =£5.50] So in a month my insurance is £22. if I do the above miles every week. if you have any questions they have a lovely chat service to respond to any questions you might have. The tracker they sent you is easy to set up. Just plug it in. Quick service but potential for great

Quick service got the loan twice but always have to call to verfiy. My sugguestion is qnother service to make it easy. Maybe a app. But overall great company. Reviewed on: 15th June 2017
