Poor customer service when things go wrong

There was an occasion where my child’s card wouldn’t work when he was out with his friends. To the point where his dad had to drive to meet him to give him cash. The response from NatWest / rooster was very disappointing. Firstly it was impossible to speak to someone directly linked to rooster and also no apology to my child who is dyslexic and has ADHD and autism and who now feels worried every time he uses his card in fear of the same thing happening again.
