A positive experience throughout

I adopted Bella (a 13 year old cat) from a shelter a year ago. When I first spoke to Agria about what cover I should buy, I found them very helpful, not pushy at all. I decided to go with the lifetime policy with the highest cover possible. Not many insurers offer lifetime policies for such old pets. A year later, Bella suddenly became very sick during lockdown which was awful as she was my only company during that period. I was anxious but when I spoke to the claims team after I took her to the vet they were so lovely and put my mind at ease. I have made two claims which have been paid very quickly. I will continue to use Agria for her as I'm extremely happy with the service. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020
