Review of the Saga, Car insurance:

Straight forward and no messing!

I have two car insurance policies with Saga and have had, for several years. It's very easy to get through via phone and great that you don't have to go through a push button selection process before being connected to an actual person! The whole process of insuring a vehicle tailored to individual needs is straight forward. Pricing is very competitive with most comparison websites and is often negotiable; without levels of cover being compromised in any way. It is quite often the case that Saga invariably covers certain things as standard (e.g. shopping being stolen from a vehicle at Christmas time or damage caused by a third party uninsured driver); whereas other providers do not! As long as this quality of service continues, then I'm happy to stay with Saga! Thankyou. Reviewed on: 14th September 2020
