Phone information contradicted email

Offered 3.2 for £15k on the phone , I declined because the website said the product ranges were from 5.2. I then received and Email saying sorry I had not taken the offer of 20.2%. That would of been a hit on my Credit score. Very disappointed.. Reviewed on: 19th June 2017

Reply from Freedom Finance Dear Ray, I am very sorry for the confusion. Our unsecured loans start from 3.2% and the 5.2% is the from rate for secured loans. Without looking at your application, I do not know why you received an email quoting 20.2%. If you would like us to look into this, please email [email protected] Response date: 19th June 2017
