Great service

Fortunately, i have not yet had to make a claim for my two kitties but the customer service i experienced was great. I had insured what we thought we two little girl kits Tabitha and Tallulah... it turned out that Tallulah was in fact a Monty!! They changed the details over the phone and i received a confirmation email shortly afterwards to confirm that both kittens are insured and that all details re Monty were updated.
