All round excellent service

This is my second year with the insurer and this year it has been worth every penny. I have used the online vet service as a guide weather I need to take the dog to the vet. When I have needed to make a claim I have called and they have processed with ease. Emails and texts have been received keeping me updated. The second claim I processed this on line and again was very straight forward. They deal direct with the vet obtaining bills and there is nothing else for you to do! Money is received promptly. You can view your claim online as well. Staff are very helpful if you need to call. Great service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
