Cannot fault, couldn't ask for a better company

I have 2 pets insured with BBM on the life time policy. I have had to claim twice, once for an injury to the eye and once for an upset tummy. The claims process was easy and I had payment back in my bank within 4 days! Easy to register with reasonable monthly premiums! As a vet nurse I cannot find any faults!
