Genuinely good company

Were it not for BBM our dog would no longer be with us. They were immensely helpful in setting up a direct claim when we needed over £3000 in diagnostic tests, and have been nothing but helpful following this. They have paid out in full for all medicine required, and despite delays due to the pandemic they're getting through all of my claims in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much BBM, I think most companies are pretty evil but BBM has been nothing but good, they might genuinely be the only good insurance company. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
