Great experience

I had recently adopted a small 1 year old rescue mix and in the first week of having her she required an emergency visit to the hospital. Shortly after this I put in a claim on the Bought By Many website, which was an incredibly straightforward and quick process. I was notified of any changes to my claim both on the site and via text over the next few weeks. Once they had received the necessary info from my vet they paid out immediately into my bank account and notified me of this. There was no need to contact customer support at any point in the process, and at no point did I feel my claim was not important to them. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
