we purchased our pet policy after researching many different firms offering pet insurance. We have had to make claims in the first 12 months without any issues with the claims being settled. Staff are very helpful and polite and guide you through the claim procedure. An added bonus was the reduction in the policy premium at the renewal date which was icing on the cake.
