Highly Recommend!

BBM were very thorough and helpful when we had to make a claim for our puppy. Having already been slightly traumatised at what our puppy was going through, we also had to deal with the financial burden of this. BBM were so helpful and relieved any pressures we had. In addition the 24 hour access to a First Vet which comes with our policy has been a god send! They are so different from any other insurance company I’ve been with before and really pride themselves on helping their customers. They reached out to us on social media at one stage too and I honestly felt I was dealing with a friend than anyone else. As well as being incredible value for money and worth every penny spent, their customer service is fantastic. They have a customer for life with us and we would (and actively do) recommend them to everyone! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
