Recent claim - paid in full and really easy process

We recently had to claim for our dog for the first time. It was so easy to submit and we had texts each time the claim progressed. They contacted the vet directly so I didn't really have to do anything. It was paid in full within 3 weeks - really impressed. Also love the access to vet video call - was very reassuring late on a weekend to have a vet see him.
