Brilliant Communication!!

I have to claim for one of my dogs, Gracie-Mae, for her Arthritis medication, I have regular emails to say when each claim has been approved, asking who I would like the money to be paid to & they also sent me a reminder when the Direct Debit is due to go out. I've been with a few other companies & I had absolutely NO communication from them whatsoever except to tell me that it was renewal time & that the renewal was virtually double that of the first year!! With Bought By Many I know that there isn't going to be absolutely Massive price hikes & that I can trust them 100% to not swindle me, unlike a few of the other Insurance Companies I could name. I have recommended Bought By Many, MANY, MANY times not just by word of mouth but also on a lot of the Doggy Social Media platforms I am a member of. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
