Quick and efficient processing of claims

We have insurance for our pet dog with BBM and have made 2 claims now over the 3 years. The website gives you all the information you need and is easy to use. Also - I spoke with an advisor on the phone to clarify some dates. The woman was helpful and able to answer my queries, and there was no long wait to get through. We found the claims process to be really straight-forward and once submitted we got regular updates by email to say they'd contacted our vet, and when the claim was approved, the amount due to us, and when it would be paid. Easy, efficient and quicker than we'd expected especially as the second claim was made just after lockdown. We find their rates to be competitive and have only had positive experiences. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others based on our contact and experience. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
