Communication

Having read some of the reviews, I do not understand the negativity in respect of communication with Varooma. This is one of their USPs. Whenever I have contacted them by phone and particularly email, I have had a response within hours, and a response that deals directly with the point raised. Varooma have been first class in assisting in my needs and have firmly put me back on the road to recovery

When o first approached Varooma for a log book loan I was very impressed in how simple yet stringent they made it. Ensuring I was suited, ensuring it was affordable and ensuring there were no hidden costs, charges or small print. Totally open and transparent. Since then they have not failed to impress, during top up loans that I assumed would be more expensive, yet they were more affordable. I would never hesitate to use Varooma again and would highly recommend to friends as I have done in the past, and I do not make recommendations lightly. From accounts to the guys who validate the car, the value and process the payments, everything is done ' as it says on the tin ' Exceptional service and that is truly admirable in these days where FCA are always highlighting extortionate repayments amongst loan companies.
