So Understanding

When I shopped around for my fur baby’s insurance I thought I’d give you guys a call and see what you could offer. Insurance isn’t my forté and I certainly wasn’t feeling well at the time, but it’s important so I persisted. The gentleman I spoke to was a delight to speak with. He was kind, he listened, he understood and quickly built up a rapport with me. Due to such a good advisor I fully understand in depth what I’m paying for and how my little Sylvester will be looked after if anything should happen to him. Thank you!!
